USA Wrestling to provide free live webcasts from Cadet & Junior Nationals USA Wrestling is pleased to announce its 2010 Cadet & Junior Nationals webcast schedule for the upcoming tournament in Fargo, N.D. In all, 16 sessions will be webcast from the Fargodome in Fargo, N.D., from July 18-25, including all five national championship finals. Fans can watch the feed on the main page of TheMat.com or on the Ustream.tv channel: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/usa-wrestling-cadet-junior-nationals. From the start of the tournament, the webcast will launch with footage from the raised platform, Mat 1, throughout the early rounds of the Greco-Roman competition. As the tournament progresses, featured matches will be assigned to Mat 1, giving fans at home a chance to get a glimpse of the action. The first finals webcast will start on July 19 at 3 p.m. Eastern with the Cadet Greco-Roman finals. Junior Greco-Roman finals will get underway July 20 at 4 p.m. Freestyle will get underway on July 21, with footage webcast from the Mat 1 Live feed. Each session will have action start to finish. Finals webcasts will be manned by USA Wrestling's Coordinator of Grassroots & Social Media Jason Bryant, the 2009 National Wrestling Media Association Broadcaster of the Year and will include guest commentators from around the country. In addition to Mat 1 Live feeds and finals webcasts, Junior and Cadet Freestyle Session IV action, commonly called the All-American rounds, will have live footage from three mats, with action centering around the most competitive bouts. As the tournament comes to an end, All-American matches are concentrated on a smaller collection of mats, allowing fans to see action as it jumps from mat to mat. Cadet Freestyle finals start on July 24 at 3 p.m., while Women's Junior Freestyle starts at noon on July 25, followed by Junior Freestyle at 3 p.m. USA Wrestling will also provide non-webcast match footage via the USA Wrestling YouTube Channel at www.youtube.com/usawrestling2008. A Special Section will be posted in the coming days with more information on the results and news from Fargo, as well as links to other national media covering the event.
