Hey y'all! It's been a long time since we all been on here. I saw on the idhssa website that Marsh Valley, American Falls, and Ririe are looking for new head coaches. Wanted to ask if anyone knew what's going on at those schools? I know that Jeff Marshall retired from Thunder Ridge, and Michael Berger (who is the son of Scott Berger) is taking over the program. Just wondering what going on in the other school that I mentioned.

Yeah, I heard about those openings too—it looks like a lot of programs are going through transitions this year. Coaching changes always bring some excitement but also uncertainty for the players. Sometimes it’s like moving into a new place—you’ve got to adjust to a different style and culture. Reminds me of when my cousin moved abroad for school and had to figure out the best student accommodation in Sydney. Just like picking the right coach, finding the right fit made all the difference in the experience. Hopefully, these schools get solid hires that can help the programs grow.
When it comes to coaching changes, whether in sports teams or academic coaching, adapting quickly is key to success. For students, especially those who are moving cities to follow new coaching or courses, finding reliable student accommodation in Leicester can make a huge difference. Having a comfortable and convenient place to stay helps maintain focus and reduces stress during periods of transition. Leicester offers plenty of great student housing options close to coaching centers and universities, making it easier for students to manage their schedules and stay motivated through any coaching changes. So, if you’re facing a coaching change and relocating, securing good student accommodation in Leicester could be one of the best moves to support your growth.
it's always fascinating to see how leadership shifts can impact performance. Speaking of changes, I recently went through a big transition myself while moving to the UK for studies. Finding good student accommodation in Edinburgh was a priority, and I ended up choosing a Purpose Built Student Accommodation setup. Honestly, the dedicated facilities and community vibe really made settling into a new city a lot easier.
Not sure what is going on out West, but Jordan Gross has taken over the HC job at Fruitland; the previous HC Dane Cook is staying on staff to just be the DC... ??????
Also Parma's HC just resigned 3 weeks into the season. Parma has yet to play a varsity game yet this season....????????
What the heck?
Gino Mariani of Highland has stepped from coaching football! Well done career! Great program he has developed! Going to be hard to replace!
It's been a while. I know that everyone keeps asking this, I guess I might as well ask, has anyone heard or know about the New Plymouth position?
David Joyce leaves the Jackson Hole Broncs to coach the Teton Timberwolves.
Rich Bishop of Kimberly is stepping down from Coaching and Teaching.
Rob Bafus to replace Phil Helbling at Moscow
Looks like New Plymouth had a new coach on their board meeting agenda. William Austin Carey. Not a local guy, looks like he is out of Washington. Anybody know any other details? @Paul Kingsbury
Saw that Firth hired Defensive Coordinator Rigo Vasquez as the Head Coach.
Any updates on the NP job?
I have information saying that Coach Tracy has pulled his application from NP and the job is back open unless they call up their second choice to give him the job.
Well the hiring of Coach Tracy didn't get approved last night at the NP board meeting. They decided to table it until next month... I'm guessing they wanted to take a closer look into his background before pulling the trigger or not pulling it.
New Plymouth has hired Ryan Tracy, previously at Fruitland (Bizarre Hire),
Fruitland has hired Dane Cook from California, but previously at Emmett High school.
Rumor has it Gooding has hired their basketball coach, to replace the big shoes of Cameron Anderson.
Sounds like Fruitland, Gooding and New Plymouth all have their guys. Everything should be made officials after Monday school board meetings. A couple of them are definitely interesting hires.
Did Century ever fill their head football position? Just heard from a friend that Preston will be open.
New Plymouth has hired a new coach but I am not sure if the information is out to the public just yet.
Snake River decided to not renew Jeb Harrison. HUGE mistake on their part. Lots of knowledge lost there. They will be looking for a new head coach now.
I saw the other day that Firth is looking for a new Head Coach? Does anyone know what's going on over there?
Any updates on Gooding, New Plymouth and Fruitland job openings? Any other new ones?
Over in Treasure Valley I know of New Plymouth and Fruitland so far are both open. Fruitland hasn't been very vocal about that opening (lots of controversy surrounding it) and am wondering if Jordan Gross will be their next coach, since he is already on staff.
Cam Anderson will do great at Burley....if he can get a staff around him that can be as committed and passionate as he is. He has the ability and knowledge to turn that team around.
Who will take his spot at Gooding though?
New Plymouth needs a new head coach. Wonder who they will get to take over.
Century is looking for a head football coach right now. Not sure what happened there, the guy only lasted a year??
Good luck at Burley, I have always thought they should be better than they have been!
Cameron Anderson is leaving Gooding and going to Burley. Will Burley improve under him and make the playoffs for the first time in over a decade? Recent one that I k ow of.
