Hey y'all! It's been a long time since we all been on here. I saw on the idhssa website that Marsh Valley, American Falls, and Ririe are looking for new head coaches. Wanted to ask if anyone knew what's going on at those schools? I know that Jeff Marshall retired from Thunder Ridge, and Michael Berger (who is the son of Scott Berger) is taking over the program. Just wondering what going on in the other school that I mentioned.

Yeah, I heard about those openings too—it looks like a lot of programs are going through transitions this year. Coaching changes always bring some excitement but also uncertainty for the players. Sometimes it’s like moving into a new place—you’ve got to adjust to a different style and culture. Reminds me of when my cousin moved abroad for school and had to figure out the best student accommodation in Sydney. Just like picking the right coach, finding the right fit made all the difference in the experience. Hopefully, these schools get solid hires that can help the programs grow.
