According to a Post Register article, Skyline has over 1,359 students attending. I'm not sure how many are at I.F. Shouldn't Skyline be playing up a classification? I.F. supposedly moving back down after two years in 5A. School District 91 has projected growth that puts both schools at 5A. Just seems strange to me.

I feel the state should take out of district students into account. I know there are some states that count the out of district students as 2 instead of 1. This could potentially move some of the schools who "recruit"/accept transfer students up a division.
