400 fans per team for the games played at Madison. I heard the numbers were lower for games played in Boise. Crazy that Madison's stadium has 6000 seats and they only going to allow 800 fans in to watch the game. I expect it to be a large (not socially distant) crowd clamoring around the fence in the North end zone to try and catch a glimpse of the games.
Each school gets their allotment to decide how to distribute...mostly to parents of players (as it should be). For the 5A schools that eats up most of their allotment. Rigby is allowing seniors to have priority to purchase the remaining tickets. The smaller school have less parents so theirs will be a little more availability. There was a link posted earlier that you could go online and buy tickets for the 2A championship.
The IHSAA is still waiting to hear back from the Health Districts in regards to how many (if any) fans will be allowed in to the games.
