RunForrest, Does Shelley not have a JV? How does that happen at a 4A school?

canyon ridge ,, wood river also no JV teams maybe a sign of things to come

Shelley has a combined JV/Freshman team... low participation numbers in the freshman/sophomore classes. Pocatello also has no JV team.
