Fruitland 56 Parma 6- Fruitland has been up and down all season long as they've tried to find an identity, and have had injuries to key players here and there. Fortunately, there haven't been any season ending injuries. It was senior night and Fruitland decided to scrap the hybrid muddle/wing t offense for a more balanced rpo offense. They had seemingly abandoned the rpo for the past few weeks and I think that was a mistake. This team doesn't have a 3 yards and a cloud of dust mentality. The biggest difference though was attitude. Fruitland came out aggressive and was hustling. They get a forfeit win to close out the season and what should be an easy win over North 1/2B meaning they will be well rested for Kimberly/Gooding. As for Parma, Sugar will win by as much as they want.
Weiser meanwhile gets the reward of hosting the Homedale death star for senior night. Weiser has essentially had 3 weeks to prepare, and Homedale has had 2. A win for them causes a 3 way tie for first, but I don't see that happening. Homedale is very stingy against the run, and Weiser must run to have a shot. Homedale 44-7.
44-7? I believe it will be a bit closer than that. Both have state berths aleady and i think both squads are pleased to be placed on the bottom side of the bracket. 24-21 with sloppy ball tendencies because of the long rest!
I’m calling my shot now, Fruitland will make it to the State Championship game. They remind me of the Patriots, just when everybody thinks the dynasty is falling apart- The team says not so fast my friend. Pride is a huge factor at schools like Fruitland. And tradition doesn’t die easily. I think Fruitland make a run to the finals-
Fruitlands play against weiser seemed more inspired because it was weiser and Fagen was back in the fold. Without Fagen Fruitland will wilt. Everyone knows the worst grizzly to encounter is a wounded grizzly. Dont be fooled by their losses. SS has the horses but dont get cocky!
Just an FYI I have no ties to Fruitland or any team in the state. Just a fan of the game and specifically the Southern Idaho Conference. I just always remember the saying “ To be the champ, you gotta beat the champ”. IMO I think a lot of fans are counting a Fruitland out a little to early. Good luck to all the 3A teams who make it to the tourney.
Wow! This wrapping cover is pretty amazing as it attracts the attention of the people because of it’s color scheming and design. It is also admired by the essaymission.com.au because it can have a pretty good marketing rate just based on its design and color scheming alone.
