Life moves on. I for example don't live in Fruitland anymore. As such, I have to rely on video broadcasts to get a feel for things. If there isn't one available, the chances of me commenting on things is very low. Plus, I have a feeling at least in Fruitland's case, they're program wise back to the early days of the Schlaich era. Definitely good enough to make the playoffs and win a game or two, but probably not state champion contenders.
Actually i think all the kids who were annoying and not really discussing high school sports is what drove the regulars away. The regulars left the high school kids graduated and moved on so it left no one on the boards.
I think it's a combo of factors. Once the volume of activity started dwindling, so folks started getting less likely to check in here as there was less topics and less discussion. Also the related to how the Idaho Sports website has evolved. It seems the support gradually wasn't there as much.
Yeah it is to bad 10 years ago this place was fun and also very informative especially with how Idaho is so spread out and you don't usually get to see the players from up north or Boise until state tournament time.
I've been very active the past 6 years, but this year, with covid going around, my free time just has not been there. I do miss my time spent here and it seems like the Diggers are making another run this year, so I will be a little more active during the state tourney at least.

True, life does move on. I think a lot of them didn't care for this new format either. I'm not big on it either but I come by every once in a while.
Kids graduate and move on to college ball. Can’t go to games as well. Just a bad year overall for the kids
I think that the real reason for the decline is that kids aren't sneaking on here, making accounts and talking trash. That's when things were fun!

I do miss reading the posts that people would put up in the past.
