Not to take anything away from the wrestlers who achieved this feat, but I feel it's a lot easier to be a 4 time state champ than it used to be. When I wrestled (in the '80s) there were only 3 division, 12 weight classes and only 12 wrestlers per weight at state. There were also only 2 or maybe 3 four time state champs. With more of everything, does anyone else feel it's easier now to be a 4 time state champ?
So after the first night of duals, did anything good happen? Any suprises or fun matches?
